Cider Apple Vinegar (CAV)
Cider Vinegar, that wonderful home remedy that country folk swear by. Cures more ailments than any other natural remedy – we're convinced! Books have been dedicated to its curative properties. The feedback we've received would seem to endorse many of those claims, particularly with arthritis and skin conditions.

Garlic
Garlic has long been considered as one of natures 'Wonder Drugs', with a reputation in folklore for preventing everything from the common cold through to the Plague!
One thing is sure, Garlic has many active constituents including Allicin, which, along with the sulphur compounds of garlic, is primarily responsible for garlic's potency as an antibiotic, anti-viral and a fungicide.
Garlic is also reputed to act as a fly repellent when included in the diet.

Cod Liver Oil
Cod Liver Oil contains an abundance of vitamins A and D, as well as the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. EPA has anti-inflammatory properties that help with arthritic and other joint problems. Omega 3 fatty acids are renowned as 'Healthy Oils' in terms of blood and circulation.
