Prairie Meal
Prairie Meal is a dried by product, resulting from the manufacture of maize starch. It consists primarily of gluten obtained during the separation of the starch. It is high in protein and energy (particularly starch). A high level of the protein is undegradeable (UDP), sometimes refered to as by-pass protein. Prairie Meal is also a good source of protected Methionine.

Increase milk yield and milk

Prairie Meal for Beef & Sheep:
Improves performance of beef rations
Higher liveweight gains in calves
Increase the weight of growing lambs due to improved colostrum production and milk yield
Typical Feed rates:
Dairy ~ Up to 1 kg per head per day
Beef ~ up to 0.5kg/hd/day
Sheep – up to 0.25kg/hd/day
